Jyoti Shukla is a design and customer experience executive with over two decades of expertise in user experience design and product management. She is renowned for leading market-leading digital products, platforms, and solutions that revolutionize business performance and customer experiences.

Currently, Jyoti is SiriusXM’s SVP of Experience Design, leading teams across the SiriusXM and Pandora brands responsible for customer experiences on streaming platforms and connected device products, as well as the organization's creator and advertising tools. Known for her problem-solving tenacity, keen research analysis, and fervent customer advocacy, she has built durable design practices for well-respected companies like Nordstrom (JWN) and SiriusXM Pandora (SIRI). She propels design and customer experience to the forefront of a company and creates practices that exceed industry standards.

Before joining SiriusXM in 2020, Jyoti held leadership roles at Nordstrom, Starbucks, and Microsoft. At Nordstrom, she helped build their digital business into a revenue-generating platform, and at Starbucks, she was a key driver for the Starbucks app, which reached over a billion dollars in sales during her tenure.

Throughout her career, Jyoti has been an advocate for supporting people’s talent and desire to be part of something bigger. She is committed to progressing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in the workplace. At SiriusXM, she is the co-executive sponsor of the Women’s organization and plays an active role in the DE&I space.
