Poornima Srinivasan is the VP & Head of UX at Workiva Inc., where she leads a global team that oversees Product Design, Research, and Content Strategy. Workiva builds and delivers the world’s leading cloud platform for assured integrated reporting, unifying financial reporting, sustainability, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) in a controlled, secure, and audit-ready platform.
As VP & Head of UX, Poornima builds best-in-class UX teams that align business and user needs. She brings user-centric design practices into organizations, which allows them to deliver world class products and services to customers. She is also passionate about helping companies navigate disruptions and capitalize on opportunities, with a strong focus on internal organizational structures and processes.
With a background in Mathematics and Computer Science, combined with her passion for design, Poornima has naturally been drawn to technologically complex products, leading UX design for companies like Disney, SAP/Ariba, Intuit, Adobe, and Google. As Principal of her own design firm, she has also supported clients from the Advertising, Cloud, Medical, Financial & Retail industries.
Poornima is a Founding Member of the Design Executive Council. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, gardening, kayaking, and connecting with people.
