With over 30 years of professional experience, Jeff Gelfuso has dedicated his career to creating innovative and impactful experiences across software, product, digital, lifestyle, and brand. He thrives on leading teams to design meaningful solutions that enrich lives and unlock potential.
Jeff is the SVP and Chief Design Officer at Qualtrics, a leading experience management company. Previously, he was Chief Product Experience Officer at Workday, where he led the Experience Design and Development Group, shaping user experiences across the Workday product suite. Before that, Jeff held leadership roles at Facebook, Amazon, and Microsoft, guiding multidisciplinary teams in design, product, and engineering.
As a founding member of the Design Executive Council, Jeff serves as Membership Chair for the Seattle hub, driving the growth of senior design leadership within the DXC community. His expertise spans creating digital products, customer experiences, and tools for consumers and businesses across industries. Known for building high-performing teams, Jeff delivers world-class product experiences with a human-centered, design-led approach.
He has served on the Board of Trustees at Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle and the Digital Innovation Advisory Council for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Jeff studied design, visual communication, and brand identity at California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly).
