Fabricio Dore is the Chief Design Officer at Itaú, Latin America’s largest bank, where he leads Design, Customer Experience and Digital Transformation.
At Itaú, his team of over 800 FTEs is responsible for the design and implementation of all the experiences and touchpoints customers have with the bank and beyond banking, working in close partnership with technology and business, from strategy to execution. At the strategic level, Fabricio takes on additional roles such as supporting Itaú to become an increasingly customer-centric and product-led organization or co-leading its company-wide AI strategy.
With over 25 years of experience, Fabricio is a Design, Product, and Innovation executive who has worked globally, building services and products that people can’t live without, and mobilizing high-performance teams to create the future.
Before joining Itaú, Fabricio was a partner at McKinsey where he served clients in the Financial Services, Retail and Consumer Goods industries, helping them to build incredible products, engage customers and improve competitiveness. Fabricio has also worked at IDEO in the USA and Germany before moving back to Brazil to join Itaú for the first time in 2011.
Married to Juliana and father of Luca and Stella, Fabricio spends weekends with the family in the countryside, loves to travel with them all over the world, and tries to find time early mornings for road bike riding, running or working-out.
